Submission Flow
- Download SPTJM Letter Format according to the program followed at the following link (make sure you are logged in to Telkom University email):
- MSIB Batch 4 ( download template here: bit.ly/SPTJM_MSIBtelu )
- Prepare data and documents according to the following provisions:
- Fill in the data completely (see here)
- Stamp of 10,000 on the Student TTD section
- Student’s sign (original/real, not digital)
- Parent’s sign
- Upload Proof of Vaccine (file naming format: BUKTI VAKSIN_<<NIM>>_<<FULL NAME>>)
- Upload a Letter of Recommendation signed by the Head of Study Program (download template: bit.ly/SR_MSIBtelu)*, submit it through the Faculty Academic Administration Service (file naming format: MSIB4_BUKTI SR_<<NIM>>_<<FULL NAME>>)
- Upload the SPTJM that has been completed on the bit.ly/submission of SPTJM_BPA form with the following conditions:
- Scan document (.pdf)
- Save the file with the naming format: MSIB4_NIM_<<Full Name>>_<<S1/D3 Study Program>>_SPTJM.pdf
example : MSIB4_1101174400_Ahmad Budi_S1 Teknik Elektro_SPTJM.pdf
- After uploading, please wait for submission ID to check the SPTJM status.
SPTJM status checking can be done 60 minutes after getting the Submission ID sent via email. Checks can be made on the ‘Documents’ page.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]
Why SPTJM Rejected?
- Not Using the latest SPTJM format from BPA. SPTJM format link: bit.ly/SPTJM_MSIBtelu
- Using the scan from the app on the phone. Required when scanning documents using a scanner and must be clear (not blurry)
- Signatures and stamps that do not comply with the provisions
- File naming format that does not comply with the provisions
- Upload a Recommendation Letter that does not match the format from BPA(there is a Letter Number, Signature of the Head of the Study Program & Telkom University stamp)
- Incomplete SPTJM Format Filling

Provision :
* : Filling out the SPTJM submission form on 08.00-13.00 WIB, it will be processed on the same working day and the SPTJM already signed will be sent a maximum of H+2. While filling out the SPTJM submission form setelah pukul 13.00 WIB, it will be processed on the next working day.

- Firstly, complete the documents to be uploaded:
- Integrity Pact : bit.ly/PI_MBKMtelu
- Fill in complete data
- Stamp 10,000 on the part that has been provided
- Student Signature (on the first and second sheets)
- Lecturer Guardian’s Signature
- Signature of the head of the study program (can be by contacting the respective LAA)
- Statement letter
- Parental Permission: bit.ly/SIOT_MBKMtelu
- Vacancies (Capture)
- Integrity Pact : bit.ly/PI_MBKMtelu
- Fill out the form at the following link: bit.ly/pengantarmagang_telu
- Waiting for Submission ID which will be obtained via email to check the document status.
- Receive* documents via registered email.
Provision :
* : Filling out the application form for the Internship Cover Letter on 08.00-13.00 WIB, it will be processed on the same working day and the Internship Cover Letter that has been signed will be sent a maximum of H + 1. While filling out the document submission form after 13.00 WIB, it will be processed on the next working day and the signed Internship Cover Letter will be sent maximum H+2.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

Submission Flow
- Download the Requirements Letter Format at the following link: bit.ly/persWMKtelu2022 (using onedrive, open it using username@365.telkomuniversity.ac.id):
- Letter of recommendation
- Statement letter not currently participating in MBKM,
- Permission to Join the Program,
- Statement Letter of Program Participants
- Complete the data on the Letter of Recommendation:
- Fill in the data completely (a, b, c, d)
- Fill in the data for the Head of the Study Program (Head of Study Program) according to each Study Program (a)
- Stamp of 10,000 (original) on the Student TTD section (b,d)
- Original/wet student TTD and not digital (b,d)
- TTD Parent/Guardian (c)
- Upload the required documents:
- Permission to Participate in the Program with a file size of max. 1MB and naming format : BUKTI IZIN_<<NIM>>_<<FULL NAME>>.pdf
- Statement of Student Participants in the Program with a file size of max. 1MB with naming format: BUKTI PESERTA_<<NIM>>_<<FULL NAME>>.pdf
- Statement Letter Not Currently Taking MBKM with max file size. 1MB and naming format: BUKTI SP MBKM_<<NIM>>_<<FULL NAME>>.pdf
- Upload the completed SR WMK on the following link https://bit.ly/pengajuanSR_BPULPS with the following conditions:
- Scan document (.pdf)
- Save the file with the naming format: WMK_<<NIM>>_<<Full Name>>_S1/D3 <<Study Program>>_SR.pdf
